Online training resources available for all 14 Project Management Modules

As part of the development of the new Project Management curriculum, online training resources have been prepared for all 14 modules included in the programme.

The digital materials complement the practice-oriented approach of the curriculum and provide resources to support learning and the assessment of acquired knowledge.

The online content covers the different areas of project management, including:

  • Foundations of Project Management.
  • Project Design and Initiation.
  • Proposal Development and Grant Preparation.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling.
  • Partnership and Stakeholder Management.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination.
  • Financial and Grant Management.
  • Risk and Change Management.
  • Communication Management.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance.
  • Dissemination, Impact and Sustainability.
  • Reporting and Documentation.
  • Compliance and Administrative Management.
  • Digital Tools and Project Systems.

The resources include online courses and assessment materials, providing opportunities to work through the content of the different modules and assess acquired knowledge.

The availability of these online resources supports face-to-face, online, and blended learning approaches, as envisaged in the curriculum implementation guidelines for Palestinian partner institutions.

In this way, the project provides not only a structured competency framework for project management but also training resources that can contribute to professional development and institutional capacity building.

The online materials form part of the wider set of resources developed to support practical and adaptable learning for professionals and institutions working with development and donor-funded projects.
