OUR INITIATIVES
The Academy4EU project is driven by seven interconnected work packages.
Academy4EU is structured into seven interrelated Work Packages (WPs), each contributing to building a sustainable ecosystem for European project management in Palestinian HEIs.
WP1 – Project Management and Coordination
Lead Partner: UCAS (Palestine)
- Ensures efficient project coordination, financial management, compliance with Erasmus+ rules and internal quality control.
- Includes kick-off and transnational meetings, stakeholder surveys and external evaluation.
WP2 – Development of Training Curriculum
Lead Partner: PTUK (Palestine)
Design and implementation of a specialized curriculum in European project management, including:
- Training needs and labor market analysis
- Collection of European best practices
- Modular curriculum design
- Development of the digital learning platform
- Pilot testing and refinement
WP3 – Pilot Academy for Project Management
Lead Partner: ICV (Spain)
Establishment of a hands-on Pilot Academy providing:
- Real-case project simulations
- Expert-led workshops
- Structured training sessions
- Participant feedback collection
- Documentation of good practices
WP4 – Social Innovation Lab for European Projects
Lead Partner: JYCF (Palestine)
Creation of an innovation incubator that:
- Organizes hackathons
- Supports project prototyping
- Builds interdisciplinary collaboration networks
- Evaluates social impact of initiatives
WP5 – Simulation Scenarios for Grant Management
Lead Partner: ICV (Spain)
Development of interactive and gamified tools to simulate:
- Proposal writing processes
- Budget preparation
- Grant management challenges
- Real-life EU funding scenarios
- Includes training workshops and continuous improvement of the simulation softwa
WP6 – Alumni Network and Professional Community
Lead Partner: UNIPEGASO (Italy)
Creation of a sustainable professional ecosystem through:
- Open-access digital platform
- Alumni networking events
- Structured mentoring system
- Digital repository of training materials
- Long-term engagement monitoring
WP7 – Impact and Dissemination

Ensures visibility, sustainability and long-term impact through:
